This commmittee's main purpose is to research the needs for members of each church committee and then determine who from our congregation may posess these needed skills and gifts. This committee will then invite these people to serve on various committees and place their names before the congregation at our Annual Charge Conference for final approval.

The Pastor serves as one Co-Chaiperson of this committee along with a lay person as the other Co-Chairperson.
