Held in mid-July for a week, the 2009 class of 25 kids was lead by Tammy Monarch with the 'Crocodile Dock' theme. Each day a different bible point was stressesd: day 1 - "God is With Us", day 2 - "God is Powerful", day 3 - "God Does What He Says He'll Do", day 4 - "God Gives Us Life", day 5 - "God Cares For Us". Bible stories were shared with the kids. Also, the kids shared daily "God Sightings" with the class.
The kids were broken into three activity groups ("crews") which rotated to each of three work stations which taught the kids spiritual lessons, biblical lessons, and crafts. These stations were lead by Cara Lynagh, Carol Stone, and Barb Kunkle. Each night, dinner and a snack was served by helpful church members Rick, Andi, Mary, and Mary Ann. Teen helpers from the church helped with everything and were much appreciated. The final night saw a themed summary powerpoint presentation given by Paul Eisenhaur.
